SnapAction Terms of Use
These terms govern access to the SnapAction website, iOS application, account-backed service, subscriptions, email communications, and support surfaces.

Using SnapAction
You may use SnapAction only in compliance with applicable law and these terms. Do not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use it to process content you are not permitted to submit.
Accounts and shared identity
SnapAction uses a shared ReScience sign-in identity while keeping a separate SnapAction product account. You are responsible for protecting your authentication methods and for activity performed through your account. Deleting the SnapAction product account does not delete unrelated ReScience product data or the shared identity.
Screenshots, results, and external services
You retain responsibility for screenshots and other material you choose to submit. SnapAction processes selected screenshots to produce resource suggestions and actions. Results can be incomplete or inaccurate and should be reviewed before you rely on them. Authentication, hosting, AI, search, email, App Store, and payment functions can depend on third-party services governed by their own terms.
Subscriptions
Paid iOS subscriptions are purchased and managed through Apple. Apple controls billing, renewal, cancellation, and refund processes. Deleting a SnapAction account does not cancel an auto-renewing App Store subscription.
Email communications
SnapAction may send transactional messages needed to operate the
service. Optional product updates and special offers are separate,
default off, and sent only after an affirmative marketing choice.
Marketing messages include unsubscribe controls. Opting out of
marketing does not disable essential transactional messages.
Optional marketing may come from a SnapAction product identity or
an identified founder or team member using a SnapAction-controlled
@snapaction.ai identity. That sender presentation does
not change the message's marketing classification or its consent
and unsubscribe requirements.
Availability and changes
Features can change as SnapAction evolves. The service is provided without a promise that every feature or third-party dependency will always be available. Material terms changes will receive a new visible notice version and effective date.
Notice versions and consent
The terms notice version carried by the ReScience-to-SnapAction signup handoff records which notice was displayed. It is not, by itself, a claim that a separate clickwrap acceptance was collected. Optional email-marketing consent is requested through its own unchecked control.
Account deletion
Product-account deletion is available in the iOS app and removes SnapAction-owned account data according to the account deletion guide . Limited pseudonymous operational and safety records can remain only for the documented purposes and periods.
