The follow-up percentage estimates how many captures carry unfinished intent — an article you meant to read, a link you meant to save, a receipt you meant to file. Age matters because intent decays: a screenshot older than 30 days has usually outlived your memory of why you took it. Resource variety raises the score because mixed libraries are harder to search by scrolling — a wall of thumbnails does not distinguish an event flyer from a booking reference.
